Luke Kostyk, P.Eng.

Luke Kostyk has over 12 years of civil construction and consulting engineering experience, primarily in municipal infrastructure.  Luke has worked closely with several large engineering firms and has had the privilege of working on various challenging and complex projects across Vancouver Island.  Luke founded Kostyk Consulting Ltd. in 2018.

Luke obtained his B.A.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta in 2010 and is a current member of the Engineers and Geoscientists of BC.  

Luke provides project management, preliminary and detailed design, as well as contract administration and construction services for both municipal and private clients.  Luke's expertise, includes:

   • Municipal infrastructure design and construction services;

   • Water, storm water and wastewater pump stations;  

   • Linear infrastructure (storm drains, sanitary sewers, forcemains and watermains); and, 

   • Land development and site servicing.
